We normally maintain stocks for products marketed on our website but if we have no more of the product(s) you consider buying; you will not be able to check out and will see the following message: Products marked with *** do not exist in the desired quantity. Please alter the quantity of desired products. We normally dispatch goods on the same day that your order is confirmed with the fund cleared before 2:00 PM. You will receive an email message informing you that the goods have been dispatched and you can logon to your account to check the progress of your order if you placed the order online.
How long it will take for the goods to arrive after it has been dispatched ?
The goods will normally arrive within 24 hours of being dispatched excluding weekends and public holidays.
What will happen if I am not at home to receive the goods when it arrives ?
The delivery man will normally leave a card at your home informing you that they have attempted to deliver the goods and their contact details. You can normally select to telephone the delivery company to make an arrangement for re-delivery or can collect the goods at the local depot.
