Prices
All prices include 17.5% UK VAT and are subject to stock availability. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, We reserve the right to not process your order and has the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. In this event Digital Daffodil will contact you with the correct price for the good(s) and you then have the option to proceed at this updated price. If your credit/debit card has been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit/debit card.
Delivery Charge
We will ensure that delivery charges are managed to the minimum. All products will be delivered via national express couriers and our delivery charges are to approximately reflect our packing and postage costs. The charge will be calculated and added to your order before you check out.
Our standard delivery charge rates are:
- £1.50 for purchase prices of one or more items below £2.49;
- £2.50 for purchase prices between £2.50 and £7.49;
- £3.50 for purchase prices between £7.50 and £50;
- £6.50 for purchase prices between £50 and £250;
- £9.50 for purchase prices between £250 and £500;
- £12.50 for purchase prices between £500 and £750;
- £15.00 for purchase prices between £750 and £1500;
- free delivery for purchases over £1500.
These charge rates are applicable to a delivery address in England, Scotland and Wales only. Orders with a delivery address in UK offshore islands, to a British Force Post Office box or an overseas country may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us if you want the delivery to one of these addresses.
Payments
Credit/Debit Card Online 
Making the payment by a credit/debit card online to pay your order will enable us to dispatch the goods without delay, if you have a Visa, Master, Maestro, Solo or Visa Electron card. Your card is safe as the payment will be processed by HSBC Secure e-Payments with an reinforced security of Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure Code.
Please note that the HSBC system requires the billing/delivery address to be identical to the card registration address.
Cheque through Post 
We accept cheques issued by a UK bank or building society. Please write the cheque to Digital Daffodil Ltd and with the order reference number and your name on the back of the cheque and post the cheque to:_

It usually takes 2-3 working days for our bank to clear the fund.
Online Bank Transfer 
You can transfer the payment via internet to us if you have an internet banking account. The details of our bank account you may need to transfer the fund will be shown in our order confirmation email.
Please quote the Order Number as the payment reference while doing the transfer. Transfer from HSBC Bank should reach us immediately, whereas it will take 2-3 working days from other banks.
Cash to HSBC Bank 
You can pay cash to our bank account at any branch of HSBC Bank in the UK by asking a cashier to pay the cash to Digital Daffodil Ltd. The details of our bank account you may need to make the payment will be shown in our order confirmation email. The fund will usually be credited to our account in the same working day.
PayPal 
PayPal is a leading high security online payment instrument (see www.paypal.co.uk). You can pay your order via PayPal in just a few clicks with a credit/debit card, including America Express, Delta and Switch, without having a PayPal account and it would be easier and quicker if you had one.
Goods will usually be dispatched the same working day for orders with fund cleared before 2:00pm and the next working day if fund cleared after 2:00pm. Orders received in the evenings and weekends will be processed the next working day.
